Don’t guess. Gauge.

Profits With Risk You Can Live With.

That is the MarketGauge objective: help clients pursue more consistent profitability through a disciplined process that identifies opportunity, defines risk and adapts as markets change. One research foundation is delivered through personal investing, professional model licensing for client or company use, and managed portfolios.

The challenge you face

The hard part is knowing what matters—and what to do next.

The headlines change. Leaders rotate. A pullback can be an opportunity—or a warning. You still have to decide what deserves your capital and how much risk to take.

You need a way to connect those decisions, not more information to sort through alone.

The guide beside your decisions

Trading-floor judgment. Proprietary research. A process you can use.

MarketGauge grew from New York commodity-floor trading, Market Vision and portfolio management at Millennium Partners into a research business founded in 1997.

That experience informs the work: interpret market conditions, connect the evidence, define risk and make the process usable through the relationship that fits your needs.

The challenge

Information keeps arriving. The responsibility for your next decision does not go away.

The goal

Pursue profits with risk you can live with: know why you are participating, define the risk before acting and have a plan for changing course as evidence changes.

Why MarketGauge is qualified to guide

From the trading floor to the decisions you face today.

During the commodity supercycle, different commodities led at different times. As a member of all four New York commodity exchanges, Keith Schneider rotated among those markets, focusing on a specific commodity as opportunity shifted.

That experience helped shape MarketGauge’s approach today: follow leadership across asset classes, focus selectively and rebalance as conditions change.

A history of adapting

The lesson behind each milestone.

The history matters because its lessons remain practical: respect risk, connect market evidence and turn research into a process you can use.

1977

Trading-floor discipline

Keith Schneider begins trading on New York commodity exchanges, where leadership and risk are tested in real time.

Risk belongs in the decision—not as an afterthought.

1982

Market Vision

Keith builds Market Vision, an early multi-market workstation with consolidated data, color graphics and multiple market views.

See relationships across markets, not just isolated prices.

1995–1997

Millennium to MarketGauge

Keith and Geoff apply systematic leadership disciplines at Millennium Partners, then deliver research directly through MarketGauge.

Research has to translate into decisions and implementation.

The plan you can put to work

What to own. When to participate. How much to risk.

Our core belief is concentration with disciplined risk management. Diversification should add complementary opportunities and risk controls—not simply more holdings.

Select

Use criteria that fit the market.

Eligible securities are filtered and ranked under the relevant strategy. SMID requires fundamentals and earnings before leadership ranking; large-cap models use different selection criteria.

Participate

Require conditions that support the trade.

Market and index evidence can prevent a scheduled rotation. Mean reversion is used selectively only when the strategy, timeframe and confirmed reversal support it.

Manage risk

Define the response before conditions change.

Strategy-specific sizing, stops, targets, scaling and cash rules determine how exposure is established, reduced or exited. Concentration can magnify losses; risk controls do not eliminate them.

What MarketGauge has built

A shared research foundation. Different ways to put it to work.

Research helps you understand the market. Technology tests the evidence. Models apply defined rules. Education builds the skill to use them. You do not have to adopt every capability to benefit from the discipline.

Research & market intelligence

See what is changing beneath the indexes.

BigView, Market Outlook, market-regime analysis and the Economic Modern Family translate market evidence into practical context.

Indicators, scanners & charting

Measure leadership, momentum and trend quality.

Real Motion®, Leadership / Triple Play®, Calendar Range research, the MarketGauge Trend Strength Indicator (TSI), daily scanners and PRIME charting help investors evaluate opportunity and risk.

Models & portfolio solutions

Turn evidence into repeatable decisions.

Stock, ETF, global-macro and eligible crypto models use proprietary inputs, including TSI and polynomial-based calculations in selected production models, together with model-specific selection and risk rules.

Education & coaching

Teach investors how to apply the process.

Courses, Mish’s Ultimate Trading Program, the Economic Modern Family and optional live coaching help self-directed investors build skill as well as access tools.

MarketGauge Group leadership

The people behind the process.

Trading, technology, education, quantitative research, implementation and client service remain connected—but the roles are distinct.
