Managed portfolios
MGAM manages assets for eligible investors within an advisory relationship.
The objective is more consistent profitability with risk aligned to the investor—not a generic product shelf. MGAM evaluates the relationship first, then selects and implements approved strategies when they fit objectives, liquidity, restrictions and the advisory agreement.
Services are provided under a written agreement and current disclosures.

Objectives, liquidity, restrictions, taxes, fees and strategy availability influence design.
Approved sleeves can include NQ3, Large Cap Leadership, SMID Cap Leadership, Profit Navigator, Alpha Rotation and GEMS, combined within one of five risk-aligned portfolio blends when appropriate. The advisory service delivers a complete managed portfolio rather than stand-alone access to the underlying indicators, scanners or formulas.

Prospects begin with a fit discussion, not a public checkout flow.
Within MGAM’s five-blend lineup, Symphony is available only to qualified clients who satisfy applicable eligibility requirements. Most of the portfolio is allocated among approved MarketGauge model sleeves, while a 10% discretionary component allows MGAM to make selected discretionary trades. Actual eligibility and terms are confirmed before entering the advisory agreement.
Standard Symphony fees are 1.50% annually based on assets under management, plus a 15% incentive fee on net new profits above a high-water mark.
Fees may be adjusted by MGAM based on account size and other relevant factors.
The written advisory agreement and current disclosures govern eligibility, fee calculations, the high-water mark, deposits and withdrawals, and all other account terms.
